What you'll be doing
Onboard, activate, and retain our largest and most important customers.
Solve inbound customer requests across Intercom and Slack. Jump into calls when needed.
Provide proactive marketing insights to help customers get the most out of adtribute.
Upsell customers to higher tiers and add-ons to increase revenue retention.
Improve our customer success playbooks and serve as a reference point for mid-level CSMs across the team.
Who we're looking for
You're a natural relationship builder who loves solving customer problems. Fluent in German & English.
You have 5+ years of experience in online or performance marketing, ideally at an agency or software tool.
You're comfortable reading and understanding data to generate insights.
You're an individual contributor at heart. You'd rather do the work than delegate it.
You're comfortable in remote, async environments and use AI heavily to get more done.
