What you'll be doing
Design and build APIs, data pipelines, and backend services that scale with our data.
Architect integrations and optimize database performance at scale.
Build clean code and good patterns. Agents & humans are only as good as the codebase they work in.
Ride the AI wave. Push adtribute to become fully agentic, in our product and in how we ship it.
Raise the bar across our backend code and the engineering team.
Who we're looking for
You have 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, ideally in marketing tech, attribution, or analytics SaaS.
You have deep expertise in TypeScript/Node.js and SQL (PostgreSQL), and believe in agentic development.
You take full ownership of product outcomes. You see problems as challenges to overcome.
You care about understanding business/customer problems and shipping solutions with a sense of urgency.
You're comfortable in remote, async environments and communicate clearly in writing.
